Usually, when we think of software, we imagine something as lively as a brick wall. Dull, right? But then I stumbled upon a post from the legendary Jason Fried about Hey’s (yes, that snazzy email app) latest feature, and it got the gears turning in my head.
You know how Hey has that email bouncer at the door? The one that screens all the first-time emailers? You get three straightforward choices: Yes 👍, No 👎, or the dreaded Spam 🚫.

But Jason pointed out a crucial scenario: when you're ambushed by those pesky cold-emailing people, sometimes a simple 'No' feels like gently nudging a mosquito. You need something stronger, something... fiercer. Enter the new option: ‘Fuck No! 🖕’.

And, folks, it's pure genius. Absolute hilarity.
I think every app could use a dash of humor like this. It's why I'm crushing on Hey instead of sending heart emojis to Gmail or Outlook. Hey isn’t just another app; it's an app with flair and sass!
