New clients may cancel anytime during the first month for any reason. If you cancel, you’ll receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the month.
After the first month, you may cancel your subscription at the next renewal. Please notify me by email at least 14 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the following term.
If you decide coaching isn’t the right fit after your first session, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of that session.
After this 24-hour period, coaching package payments are non-refundable.
All refund requests must be made by email.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
